The cost of convenience
Thirsty? Buy a bottle of water or can of soda. Hungry? Food-on-the-go shops surround us. Instead I carry a refillable drink bottle, a packet of nuts and a muesli bar in my bag. Means I can keep working or playing without taking money from my purse.
